Notification regarding Verification of Bin Schivalay clerk

Gujarat Secondary Service Selection Board has issued a circular today dated 05/09/2022 that the documents for Non Secretarial Clerk and Office Assistant advertisement will have to be uploaded online for verification which period is dt . Will be from 06/09/2022 to 12/09/2022.
First the candidate has to go to the website https://iass.gujarat.gov.in and select the advertisement number and login by entering his confirmation number and date of birth.

Before uploading the certificates read the instructions on the screen carefully and follow them. Between 06/09/2022 to 13/09/2022 you have to upload the pdf file of your original certificates.

Reserved category candidates have to upload PDF file of Original, Caste Certificate / Non-Criminal Certificate as applicable to them and valid during the deadline.

  • Socially and Educationally Backward Class (SEBC) candidates at the time of verification of certificates vide Department of Social Justice and Empowerment dt. As per the provision of Resolution No. 12/06/2020 – Sashap/122015/445246/A, the undertaking has to be uploaded in the prescribed format along with the Non-Criminal Certificate. (Attach the undertaking form placed on the Society’s website)
  • Candidates belonging to Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) at the time of verification of certificates vide Department of Social Justice and Empowerment dt. As per the provision of Resolution No. EWS/122019/45903/A dated 26/06/2020, the guarantee has to be uploaded in the prescribed format along with the eligibility certificates. (Attach the undertaking form placed on the Society’s website)
