How to Find your Name In List of PMJAY ( Pradhan mantri Jan Arogya YOjana)
You can find out whether or not you are an eligible beneficiary for Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY) by three things. i) Mobile Number / Ration Card Number (collected during ADCD Campaign), ii) SECC Name or iii) RSBY URN
An Additional Data Collection Drive (ADCD) was run on 30 April 2018 at the Gram Sabha level across the country to collect the current mobile number and ration card number of the people based on the Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) database. Only those whose mobile number or ration card number was deposited in the record during this campaign will show their name in the results on the portal. If the details were submitted during the ADCD campaign, yet the result is not showing, then you can search your qualification using the option ‘SECC Name’.
In PMJAY, one can find his / her qualifications using the details of Social Economic Cast Census (SECC) database like name, father’s name, gender, state etc. Even after this, if your name is not showing, then contact the nearest Ayushman friend.
If there are no results in the search from the details of SECC, then you can check your eligibility using your RSBY URN.
If after searching, your name appears in the result, then click on the Get SMS button and enter the mobile number. A text message with HHID number / RSBVI URN number will come on it, which you can use in future.
